If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at everhomeeco@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, notify us within 15 days of delivery and we will correct it promptly.
Returns for Other Reasons
